メールをみたら見慣れない方からメール(添付ファイル)が来ました。
見てみると，
Christian Davén が開発/保守をしていた WordPress Plugins: Smart Update Pinger, Jerome’s Keywords; Enhance your blog tool が開発/保守を止めたので，ぼくが新しいバージョンを作ってみたので試して欲しい。幾つか追加機能もあるのでチェックして下さい。Ultimate Plugins Smart Update Pinger [Ultimate Plugins]
との事。
機能は以下の通り:
- Services are only pinged when a new post is created (not when an existing post is edited)
新規投稿時のみ動作する。投稿済みの記事を編集する際は動作しない。 - For future posts, services are only pinged when the post has appeared on your blog
未来投稿に関しては，記事がブログに表示された時に動作する - Detailed reverse-style (newest entries first) logging
降順に詳細なログをとる - ‘Ping services now’ function
ping now ボタン機能 - Auto-selects whether to do an extended or normal ping
拡張pingかノーマルpingかの自動選択 - For extended pings, it uses the new URL instead of just the homepage URL to ping (resulting in a much higher quality ping)
拡張pingの場合，ブログのトップページのURIではなく，投稿記事にURIをpingする
動作環境は WordPress 2.0x以降。
